i realise the lump after i masturbated and when i touch it, it release a white pus and then it bleed abit.. but after, the appearence didnt change.. i need help of what this is

From what you describe this is most likely a blocked skin pore or hair folicle that has become infected:
Treat with regular application of Liquid Antiseptic - NOT lotion or Cream versions.
Apply a little undiluted dab 4 or 5 times a day for 3 to 5 days, when reducing in size apply 2 times daily until completely healed …
