I’ve been having awful headaches on the right side of my head for two months. It all started with me having hand tremors, then headaches that won’t ever go away, then depression and severe anxiety. Now eye floaters in left eye.. I freaked out. I swore I had a brain tumor and I let that go.. thought I had cancer then headaches came back and now I’m stuck on it. I did my research and I am now scared sh*tless because I found out about “frontal lobe meningioma” and all my symptoms match and I’m sitting here crying thinking my life is over. My mom keeps telling me my headaches are from anxiety and my doctor but I do not trust them. All I want is a MRI but I can not afford it. I’m truly scared that my days are numbered and I am dying of a brain tumor. 😢😢 I don’t know what to do anymore.
Why do you think it is you don't trust your doctors? Have you had a bad experience with them in the past?
Your symptoms probably match about 100 different possible causes, that's the problem with doing your own online research. You can read all sorts into things but without the clinical medical training self diagnosing is just dangerous.
Have you tried seeing an optician? Could be your eyesight needs checking xx
Have you ever had like a dripping feeling in your head like a wet feeling but it’s inside?
Eye floaters are extremely common with anxiety and stress. I had them starting in my 20s and they scared me at that time. Headaches, tremors, and hundreds of other symptoms are directly related to stress and anxiety. I have had them all! I also thought something was seriously wrong with me.
I want you to know that I am now in my 50s and still here!
even now when I’m stressed out I will get the eye floaters but they are harmless. Everyone with symptoms or not, should have a yearly eye exam anyway and a yearly physical. Trust your doctors. They know when they need to follow up on something. My suggestion would be to speak with a counselor who can help you with the stress and anxiety. Once you get there under a little control, you should see your symptoms diminish or disappear. I have been through the worst of it and I totally understand you! The more you stress about the symptoms, the worst they will get. There are some great meditations on YouTube for anxiety that totally calm me me down! I do these daily even after all these years. You’re going to be OK just take one day at a time and please please stop looking things up online because they don’t pertain to your particular situation and you’ll scare yourself for no reason.
Relax and take care! 🌸🌸🌸
Mmmm, I’ve probably had this about one or twice!
I think because when this first happened I went to the ER and they didn’t do much for me. I think I wanted a Scan of my head to get it over with and they denied it and said I was fine. & the fact that I still have my headaches make me not trust my doctor when she says it’s anxiety. I’m scheduled for a eye appt this week. I pray it’s my eyesight but I don’t think eyesight headaches happen when you wake up. I’m just so tired of this.
Thank you. Yeah, I have my headaches on the right side of my head and I only ever have eye floaters in the left eye.ive noticed the eye floaters for maybe 4 weeks now. I have an eye appt this week just to check to see what’s up. I haven’t had my eyes checked in a couple years so I hope that’s whats causing this but I highly doubt it and I wake up with a headache every single day. I wish I can afford a MRI.. if I can just do that I think I can move on and stop worrying as much
I wish I could have an MRI so that I could just rest and stop worrying about my health all day everyday. It’s getting ridiculous now
Hi candy,
I know I’ve told you already I had horrible headaches for over 2 years. Its from anxiety which I didn’t think I had. My dr prescribed Celexa and it has helped me tremendously.
