As of this past Sunday I noticed my tongue was more red than usual towards the front, with small little bumps all over it. And then it spread to the inside of my lips, bottom and top, and the bumps are flesh color and painless. And then today I notice more bumps towards the back of my tongue. I have HSV 1 and it just doesn’t seem like that since its not really painful. Has anyone else seen anything like this?
