hello guys I dont know if this is my hobby already to shake my head up and down 
it bothers me its like if i dont shake it my head needs it bad... i keep shaking it and its already feeling tired and it hurts my nape, what is this?
My neck has recently started twitching very strange!
same here! it bothers me alot, if i focus not to twitch my head or shake i can but I feel like I wanna do it all the time

No I don't. It's very strange the doctor didn't understand me. I do have a bad neck, but this has only just started the last few weeks like my neck is wobbling. Sometimes I don't think about it all day then it just happens! Are u on any meds?
