I'm 13, and there's a white coating around my vaginal opening, should I see a doctor?

Today I've just saw a white coat on my vaginal opening , and I can't get it to come off. I have not had sex before, and I'm only 13 years old. What should I do?

If there is no unusual discharge , smell, itchiness or burning sensation, it should be normal , the hymen can look white . cant really tell without seeing it. if in doubt get it checked out.

Agree with Alison cant really tell with out seeing it. There are many things it could be. definitely get it checked out

Hello young lady.

The first thing you should do is have a talk with your mother. Tell her what is going on. She will be able to help you and take you to a doctor to see what is going on. It could be nothing or it can be something to do with puberty. Your body is changing

Good luck…Ken

If in doubt - consider talking to someone you trust, whether it is your mother, older sister or any other older women you trust. If you don’t have anyone - then visit a doctor.
