I'm 17 and I'm concerned about my penis

I am a virgin but I have these small pimple like things around my foreskin and on my head. My penis can also become itchy and irritable at times and I don’t know what it is. I also have dry skin like stuff on my head to which I’m finding hard to get rid of. If anyone has any suggestions for any of this please help. Thank you.

Bradley, here are the most important things to know:

  • if you have never had sex you are extremely unlikely to have ANYTHING OF REAL CONCERN with your penis
  • the dry skin is most likely linked to your penile hygiene - NEVER wash it with soap or things like shower gel, wash it with water ONLY, AND, make sure you remove all sources of moisture whenever they appear on the surface of your penile skin
  • after each time you urinate, wipe with a tissue, or wash n fully dry - before you start to urinate withdraw your foreskin down the shaft of your penis (presuming you are uncircumcised) so that urine residue has less likelihood of collecting on your foreskin
  • after you masturbate there can be a collection of both pre-ejaculate and semen on the surface of the head and foreskin of your penis - wipe these away with tissue paper, then go wash and fully dry. This is a good habit to get into, so whenever you masturbate or have sex with someone in future you know it is essentially to do a full clean-up as soon as you can
  • the PIMPLES or anything that looks like small spots are natural to the penis, they begin to develop after the onset of sexual maturation (puberty)
  • in some young and older men these spots can continue to grow or even first appear up until the age of about 36

  • NOTE: images of PPP and even Fordyce Spots that may actually be present on the head of your penis may look unlike the typical images you see online, but that is what they are
