I think this is a question only an endo specialist can answer. Your results don't look too bad to me, you may need Clomid or something similar to help you get pregnant, but I don't think that its impossible. Get an appointment asap as your age does go against you. I was considered a very late starter when I had my first son at 31, so time is of the essence here. Good luck. XXX
