over a week ago ive had my first sexual encounter after a year. The day after i got a sore throat and assumed it was from a cold. A few days later i had really inflamed tonsils which made it hard to swallow. Had no fever or cough.
It went away in a few days. and the guy also told me a few days after me he got tonsilitis.
A few days ago i noticed some painful scabs around my inner thighs that were itchy and ignored them as I usually get ingrown hairs in the area. However after shaving today i have noticed theres quite a few and ive never experienced this before! I had no pain or troubles with peeing or discharge but i seem to have a red vulva and very dry skin along side these bumps. Is this herpes?? I dont know what to do or if i need to ask the guy ive been with ??? Please help
looks sore… the dry skin isn’t consistent with herpes or at least not in my experience… but get them swabbed if you can to be sure. if you have hsv1 or 2 then it’s best to know so you can prevent passing it on as you start to recognise outbreak signs
