I'm having pain in my stomach an at times my whole back would hurt but only on the left side. Then when I started having pain under my rib on the left it did the same to the right. I thought it would be a UTI because it hurts when I go pee but I don't know anymore?
Take a urine sample to your doctor.
I have had a kidney infection accompanied by a UTI before and the symptoms sound similar. Although I am not a health care specialist, if I was you, I would get an appointment with your GP as they can check your urine for infection and examine you, usually a kidney infection can be treated with antibiotics.
And while you are waiting to see the GP it might be a good idea to go to a pharmacy and explain the symptoms to the pharmacist, they might give you some medicine for a UTI.

Also drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice might help you manage your symptoms in the meantime.
I had these symptoms and it was nothing to do with my kidneys or bladder. I had gastritis.
Also check to see if you h pylori.
