I'm just the same as you

There is thin black things in my nose mucus and I have pain in my back specially when I wake up in mornings ...I just want to know whats wrong

Also I'm non smoker

Black things in nasal mucus: you haven't been inhaling smoke, dirt, dust, paint? If it were coming from your sinuses, you might have a fungal infection there. But those are usually pretty distinct black chunks coming out, & they can be difficult to get out.

Pain in your back is such a vague statement. The first question is how old is your bed/futon? Beyond that, who knows. I'm sure doctors, which we are not, would want to know where in your back & what kind of pain. Apparently it goes away or you'd have it when you go to bed also.

You don't say that you have COPD. If you do, about 25% of folks who have it in the States never smoked or lived with a smoker.

Friend, you need to go see a Dr. We support each other here, but we are no substitute for trained medical professionals.
