I am 18 years old and I've never been to the doctors to get a check up due to my social anxiety, but for a few weeks now I have been having constipation and having spiky pain as well as blood when I wipe whenever I go to defecate. I have tried to do as much research as I can and I'm really not sure whether I have Haemorrhoids or an Anal fissure. I eat basically whatever I want but do eat a lot of meats and veggies not much bread or rice. I have pictures and would really appreciate if someone could give me some incite. Thank You.
