I noticed this... rash? maybe about a month ago and messed with it, the skin was dry and flaked off a little and the area was a brighter shade of red. I did have a sexual partner with Herpes about 4 months ago but I used a condom and she was not having an outbreak. I keep looking up herpes symptoms and it doesn't appear to be the same. I not sure if its just a dry patch of skin and its a sign I need to drink more water(Lord knows I do) or maybe its something else. I put in for an STD test about a month ago and the results should be coming any day now.
