I'm numb. Need to vent.

So I've been continuously getting into arguments lately. Everytime i argue, my hearr beats extremely fast. I can feel every beat. I get dizzy. Sharp chest pains. Shortness of breath. It's scary. But what's happening is, when your raised by black parents, or like Asians, they feel you shouldn't be stressed. Since I'm raised by a black family, it's always, "your not paying any bills, you don't have a job, I put a roof over your head clothes on your back etc" it's like she's always throwing in my face what's she's done for me but i just feel if your a parent, your suppose to do that. But I can't say that because i stand the risk of getting put out. It's like you can't have anything to say, you have no argument, & they feel as though they shouldn't have to explain themselves. Therefore, im forced to hold everything in. What am I suppose to do?

I have 3 daughters and 2 are practically grown. I won't put them out and I let them have their opinions no matter if they differ from mine. They don't have the anxiety issues I do and seem way more rational than me when it comes to some things. Lately I've had health scare issues that have changed me but before I was pretty normal. I would talk to your mom and see if she can talk to you as a practically grown person.

So sorry you are going through this.  It’s not easy holding stress and anxiety in.   Everybody feel stress every now and then. That is completely normal.

When you are arguing, adrenaline is released causing rapid heart rate and shortness of breath. It can also cause pains.  

You need support through this.  I suggest that you speak with a counselor.  If you cannot ask your mother, then schools have them.   You really need to vent to somebody in person and get some guidance with this issue. Remember, counselors keep everything completely private. They cannot share anything you have said with anyone because it is the law. So you don’t have to worry about that. Just being able to talk  about it with someone would give you some relief.

YouTube has some great meditations for stress, anxiety, just about anything. I listen to them every day and they really help calm me down .
