Hello, I am a 20 year old male and I'm worried I have something going on with my penis. Earlier this year I had pain in my testicles it ended it up being varicose veins and 2 cysts on my scrotum. I also got tested and came back negative. However I did not get tested for herpes. Now for the past 2 weeks I've noticed my penis become slightly more pale than usual. I also had a sore that ended up healing, but I still have a slight sting under my foreskin. I am not sure if it is balantis or something more serious. I attached a photo. Where the wiggly vein thing is, was where the sore was at. I still get a bit of a sting in that area.

did you pick at or irritate what was initially there and it became a sore … ?
If it is balanitis it looks like it’s a very mild case of balanitis, which is one of the sometimes unfortunate effects of having a foreskin! If i were you, i’d just wash your glans daily with warm water only, let it dry properly then see if it gets better, it worked for me.
