It doesnt hurt when i pee at all but it does itch. i did have unprotected sex on july 21st but its been with the same guy of almost a year. the day after he said he had this thing on his lip which he thought was a cold sore but then said he wasnt sure it actually was one. Im scared to go to the doctor although i know the only way to know for sure is by going. i shaved last wednesday and noticed these on thursday

Does look like herpes and he couldve passed his cold sore on to you. Best go get swabbed
