I usually have a pimple here and there but recently there’s been a bunch of them and its starting to worry me honestly. I don’t want to squeeze but I’m pretty sure there is pus in them, I just need a 3rd party opinion. Recently got checked (2 weeks ago) but for some reason they only did gonorrhea and chlamydia instead of a full panel, no huge changes in diet or hygiene as of late

yes, this looks concerning in regards to herpes. I would recommend you see a primary Doctor as soon as possible for a SWAB test.
