I have had this for a few weeks and have made an appointment to get checked but it is months away unless i can get a space at an emergency drop in clinic. i have barely been eating or sleeping because i’m so scared. do you think this is herpes?

had it looked like that for weeks? how many weeks?
im sure it has, the look hasnt really changed its just getting sorer. around 5-6 weeks now
from what i learned from other post herpes doesnt last that long with ab outbreak. i would stop shaving and see if it gets better
it looks more skin related or something else is causing it …even if was herpes it really is not as bad as u think and nothing to worry over alot of people have genital herpes and live a perfectly normal life

thanks for the response, i’m hoping it is just a skin thing, i know herpes wouldn’t be the end of the world but i’m inexplicably scared of having it

update: i got tested today and i will get my results next thurday, the nurse was almost certain that its herpes and gave me medication already.
update: Tested Negative for Herpes and everything else i was tested for. It turns out to be an eczema type rash.
