lately while wiping after a bowel movement I have seen blood spots on the tissue. Also there is a little tear above the anus. I recently just did foreplay with someone and after these things happened. I know it may be trivial but Im trying to see what this looks like, if herpes or a regular rash from wiping with bad tissue.
