I may have a Yeast Infection but I’m not sure

I believed I had a yeast infection before christmas and I took a cream for it. It has come back two times now and I don’t know what to do. I have been thinking about getting my partner checked because I have never had this problem before. Is it possible to have 3 infection in 3 months? Those white spots are not discharge it’s my skin turning white.

Have you had any other symptoms other than the white spots?

Just itching around the entrance and clumpy white discharge its not really smelly. I started taking a cream for it and its started clearing up but im worried it’s going to reappear.
