I had vaginal and oral sex like 4 days ago and after i noticed a missing peace of skin that hurt then some bumps and throughout the days they I kept noticing them more and they were very painful they are turning yellow and into crusty like things they were like cycles of missing skin on and in my vagina me and my boyfriend were both virgins when we started having sex but when he ate me out he had sunburn lip and idk if it could’ve been a cold sore instead help!!!! There’s like 4/5 opened wond kinda like things and they are extremely painful!
I would definitely go get tested immediately. It sounds like there’s a chance you could have received herpes from a coldsore if he had sunburnt lips. Regardless of being virgins he can still have hsv1 oral coldsores which can be spread to the genitals. Herpes lesions do scab over and present themselves in different ways so I would go get a culture to ease your mind, they will put you on an anti-viral like Valtrex right away if they suspect it is herpes.
Yes hun , sounds like herpes, that sunburn lips could’ve have been oral hsv1 and gaved you hsv1 genitally

Very high because his cold sore was present at the time which makes it more contagious. And it looks like herpes n the way you describing as well. I suggest you go to a doctor to get medication. But you have hsv 1 genitally most likely that is from receiving oral from someone who has cold sores,
