i have this lumps and cilia-like growths in my vaginal opening! ive never looked at my vagina till now so im not sure if it was always there or not! i had a yeast infection last year! ive been seeing my boyfriend for almost a year now! i have no other symptoms!

No it doesn’t itch . I’ve only had one partner in the past year and he’s clean!
Your pic isnt totally clear but it could be Vestibular Papillomatosis.Dont worry, lots of women get this and it isnt harmful and not an STI. If you are not itching or sore then forget about it. If you think they are growing and bothering you…maybe check after a month,…then they can be removed but dont rub at them yourself.
mine looks the same but mine itches and is sore, also it kindov burns when i pee but not too bad
it could be vestibular papillomatosis i have something similar but I’m not sure i hope you get a better and useful answer soon. I’m 19 and I’m too shy to go to the hospital or tell my mom, please keep me updated if you find out what it is
