so it sometomes hurts an itches an they just popped up recently , looks like syphlis but im no dr cause i was testes weeks ago an they said i was negative for it all

I would suggest going back to the Dr and retesting. Sometimes if you test for an STD too early, before your body has enough time to detect the bacteria/virus, you can receive a false negative test. Your gyno can swab the sores and check to see what it actually is.

i have a similar thing and not sure what it is! one feels almost like a cut and slight pain when is touched, other is similar but more like a spot or bump… can sometimes be itchy around the general area
