I need help fast!!!!

Please I am in a panic right now sorry if this is long I feel heart broken my sister in law ischool in labor I want to be there for the birth of my niece I love her so much but the hospital is a hour drive and I have horrible head pressure

I almost fell or felt like I almost fell down the steps at home this morning.

My legs are so weak.

I feel sick to my stomach

My arms feel weak

When I turn my head different ways at times seems like the head pressure gets worse.

My eyes feels funny

My vision feels off.

I want to be with her and see my niece but I am so scared to go afraid I will go into full blown panic attack. Is all my symptoms anxiety?

How can I stop it ?

Please someone help me !!!

Brittany, sounds like your anxiety is so bad at moment it wouldn't be a great idea to be see your sister in law, sounds like you've been anticipating this , you may have been anxious to start with and your anxiety has gone into overdrive. Have you got anyone who could be with you and try and help calm you down, breath deeply and tell yourself it will calm. Is somebody taking you to sister in law, would you calm down if somebody is with you, I don't fully know the situation, I sometimes dread social things but calm down if with couple of people for support. Wish I could help more, have been in this situation where people are counting on me and I got into blind panic, other times once I got out I pushed through and conquered it. If you feel that bad , weak legs, feeling faint, please speak to your doctor, when you can, this is starting to intrude on your life, the more you feel like this the more you will avoid things. See if you calm down , if not you may have to make an excuse, I have missed many weddings in the past as I just couldn't manage, things can get better but I think you need to discuss with doc or councillor. If you do push yourself to go you can always make an excuseshortly after showing up, hope you get through this, please let me know what you decide, really feel for you❤️

Go to YouTube and search for a panic attack emergency.  They will guide you through it there are a few to choose from. Listen carefully to what they say.
