I’m 13 years old who love to play Video Games
So, it happened me today and I was worried that my feelings and pain is change and I don’t know why.
I think my brain has problems that cause change my feelings and pain
Can someone help me to solve my problems, please?

Your brain is a very powerful weapon. Sometimes if you think you might have pain it will feel as if you do. Your best bet is to tell your parents you need to see a doctor and hopefully they can properly diagnose you. I hope everything is okay, God bless!
As Andrew has posted you need to speak to your parents to help get medical assistance.
Another thing I would suggest is that you can spend less time on your games to see if that helps to improve how you feel
Spending too much time staring at a screen can cause things that can make you feel strange, it can cause things like ocular migraines which are totally bizarre
When I scratch my body, my feelings and pain are different. I want go back old feelings and pain
