It might be nothing, but then again it might be Herpes (or something else) but that is only a guess.
You need to go and get yourself checked out.

If its thrush, you just need to go to the chemist to get some Canisten. Its no big deal, just pick it up off the shelf and pay for it. It sounds like thrush.
Women just get thrush sometimes, usually after antibiotics.
Both posters excellent advice. Get some canestan cream and use it if there is any delay in getting to STI/GUM clinic.
In men you can still have thrush on you with no symptoms and can then pass it on...
