i had shaved earlier this week and noticed some pimples by my rectum and open sores. those are now gone and i have these in the front of my vagina now. i had gotten tested and blood drawn for a full panel on friday, but i have all textbook signs of herpes. please help, based off of photos they dont look like Herpes, you can kind of see other sores in the back-ish. .
