okay so i have severe itching, to the point where im scratching so hard that its breaking the skin. i have what i believe is a pore on my penis that white stuff comes out when i squish it (somewhat like a pimple) my foreskin does not pull back yet (also worried about that) im 17, i masturbate frequently and im a virgin any ideas to what it might be? Im too embarrassed to talk to my parents about it and as unreasonable as it sounds Im scared it could be some sort of STD
You do not get STD’s / STI’s if you have not had sexual contact with anyone
You need to stop irritating the skin by scratching at it as this will not enable the skin to heal.
Are you washing your penis with soap and things like shower gel?
If so, this could be a major source of irritation to your penile skin - wash with water only and make sure it is fully dried - try to keep a clean dry towel that only you would use.
With the pimple you do not say where this is on your penis, such as lower, middle or top of the shaft, on your foreskin or head of your penis?
You need to treat this with liquid antiseptic (NOT CREAM OR LOTION VERSIONS) - if this is in the same location where the broken skin is you need to be really careful when applying the liquid.
All you need is a tiny amount on a fingertip and apply it to white puss is coming out. Apply the liquid 3 or 4 times a day and it should begin to heal within 3 or 4 days - continue to apply the liquid when the pore begins to heal at least once or twice a day until it is completely healed.
