I woke up this morning and had some irritation when peeing. Throughout the day I had itching off and on. It stopped all day until I came home and took a shower the itching started again. I took a picture and this is what I saw. What could it be?? I'm freaking out! !

Ive never heard of that I have to look into it. the burning when urinating stopped, but im still itchy and it feels a little funny when i do urinate like a tingling sensation
