I am a male 20 years old.
So I noticed it few months ago, and I didn't leave it alone sadly. After that I left it alone for about 2 weeks and I didn't touch it at all. Than some white stuff came out of it out of nowhere with a bad smell. Now it is smaller. It didn't ever hurt just not pleasant to see. I had sex with my ex girlfriend 4 times with protection, we are each others first partners. I went to the dermatologist yesterday and she gave me 2 creams to apply, but she didn't know what it is really. I will post some pictures and I would like to hear your opinion. Is it a lymphocele maybe or something else? First picture is before a month ago, the second is after the white stuff came out.

That was a pimple. Never pop it, you can make it worse. I had one in the same place month’s ago. What I did was put a hot towel and a heating pad on it. Within 2 days it popped on it’s own I cleaned it out and it has never come back.
Does not even look like there was anything there. Try it
