hi have not posted for a while as i was feeling loads better on my medication (paroxetine 20mg) but the past couple of days i am getting that old anxious/ low feeling. no energy, not much appetite. i am absolutley gutted as i thought these meds were amazing for the first 4 months. maybe i am just having a bad day a blip or maybe i need to up my dose but i am already having sexual problems on this dose so if i go higher it might get worse ( see other post) any one got any advice? 
you may just be going through and anxious time. These medications are not 100% when it comes to anxiety. Before you do anything, consult your doctor about any changes you were thinking about.
