I need some help for my health anxiety

This is by far the worst ive ever had it. It started a week ago with tingling in my left arm and left leg and sent me into a panic thinking I have MS or A brain tumor ECT. I went to a gp that said she wasn't too concerned and that its probably due to the muscles in my back being so tense. She gave me muscle relaxers which help. The next day I was still anxious so I went to the ER to get another opinion. The doctor ran no tests but told me it sounds like a compressed nerve in my cervical or thoracic spine. He said he isn't too concerned about it and that I need to take it easy and continue my muscle relaxers. Well today my heart is racing, my skin is turning red and burning, I can't catch my breath, my numbness and tingling are coming and going, my muscles are tense as rocks, joint pain and I cannot stop shaking. Even when I'm not worrying my body continues to shake. Could be due to under eating since I have no appetite ive been eating 600 calories a day for 4 days. I'm convinced I have something more than a pinched nerve. Lupus, lymes desease, ALS, or menengitis. They didn't even run any tests.

All I can tell you is I have had strange sensations and buzzing in my legs and feet and I truly believe this is all from anxiety and sounds like your in panic mode and that will only make symptoms worse as well as create new ones. If the doctors are not concerned you should not be.  last time I had a panic that lasted days over a muscle twich I began trying meditation and found over time it worked also try magnesium helps with muscles nerves and anxiaty I take 500 milligrams a day.  I am sorry your going through a rough time.

I also have the same symptoms not eating much either, also the shaking when not worried, this could occur when you don't eat anything for a while or it is just anxiety this is mainly one of the symtoms of this aswell.

The tingling in the hands could be caused by cold hands, if you have tense mucles that can also cause problems especially if some nerves are effected by stress.

The Hospital has explained what they consider is wrong, wait several days and then see your GP, He will have a report on what A and E say. Your GP may revise your treatment plan.

Personally you need to relax, try MINDFULNESS Relaxation Technique, You will find an explanation here or on the net.
