there's a lot of history from popping a single sebaceous cyst on the bottom side of my penis. it became infected and i had to take antibiotics for it. ever since then, I've had weird changes in my penis. these spots have popped up occasionally under my foreskin, I've had frequently burning pee, I've urinated blood a couple days in a row, and I've woken up with a yellow discharge (shown in photos) please help! is this some sort of infection from bacteria or candida?
still looking for any advice or opinion on this. i honor literally any helpful ideas. i forgot to mention that i do also have very smelly urine, and pain while urinating or after masturbation. also not much semen comes out at first but when my penis dies down it comes out.
