for the pass few day i been have these marks on my penis i just been so insecure and cant sleep i keep thinking its sum type of syphilis or hiv rash can someone Please help

it looks normal.
The ONLY way you can rule out whether you have an STD / STI is to get tested.
The marks themselves to NOT look like anything sexual related.
When you say ‘marks’ do you mean the things that look like tiny pimple heads, or something else?
