Hey.. My girlfriend is suffering from depression and anxiety almost 5 years, she taking pills every day, but recently her condition became worse, she want to die, cutting herself and her doctor says she need to be in hospital
She tells me if I am going a way she will put a end to her life, I see her house falling apart, I can't stop crying and the thing I am in the middle of all it, I don't know what to do
Hi, this must be terrible for you seeing your girlfriend this way but it does sound like she needs treatment in hospital. Is she refusing to be admitted, if so and you fear for her safety then she could be sectioned if your in the UK.
Im guessing she's had periods of being stable over the 5 years but something has triggered it off again?
It's wrong of her to "blackmail" you also but if she is so ill then you have to take her threats seriously.
My advise is to speak to her psychiatrist which I assume she has and discuss your concerns, if not her Dr as you need support also in this. Somehow she needs to be treated in hospital.

I am dating her for a year, she had been in this condition all the time but somehow she manged to hide it, I discovered it couple of months ago and now she says that our relationship effect her allot, and she is in a bad condition more than she had ever been, they replaced her pills but it isn't working well
In what way does she feel the relationship is effecting her? Is she being treated by a psychiatrist or just her GP as she really needs to be treated by her local mental health team to agree a treatment plan including a spell in hospital if necessary, if not you need to ask why not, is she refusing psychiatric help?
You are taking on more than you are equipt to deal with and its taking its toll on you, the professionals need to take this responsibility with you just providing moral and emotional support when needed.
How long has she been on the different medication and what is she taking and dose, finally what are her symptoms, I know lots of questions there but if we're to give advise then we need a bit more info.

She is been treated by both,
And by that that I can't have a regular schedule and every change that I have effete her in away that she hurt her self even in netter that have no connections to her, she switched 3 types of medications in 1 year
She is being treated with
Tegretol 200mg
Lithium 300mg
Seroquel 100mg astrazeneca
Twice a day, and still she want sometimes to suicide, and telling me how much she loves me, and I just can't hold my self, I saw her on trying to cut herself, and 5 minutes after she want to have intimate time, I am collapsing from all of this , her parents tell me to go away, and her house is breaking apart, she is 22
I just don't know what to do
