I lump appeared on my lip a few days ago, I didn't feel anything but my boyfriend did, and today I got a mirror and looked at it. I don't know what this is, i never had anything like this before. I was a bit itchy too, just a little bit.

It looks like a tiny infection just under the skin, like a boil. it may be in your Fordyce glands. Just keep it clean and it should come to a head and then discharge. It may get very tender but dont pick or squeeze.
These are quite common and can be caused by friction from sex.If you get a lot of these or they become large and painful, do see your doctor. You may need antibiotics to eliminate the basic infection.
Sitting in a warm bath can help.
