Hi I would like to know if why my glans looks like that and told me what it is? I haven’t been in relations like a year ago so I don’t know what happens… And also give some indication to get better like medicine and what could I use to get better.

This looks like lichen planus (Google this + DermnetNZ or Wiki), which is not an STD but an autoimmune skin condition. Can you see purplish itchy spots elsewhere, such as on your wrists, forearms, legs and buttocks? Sometimes white patches can be found inside the mouth.
It’s not serious most of the time, but you’ll still need to see a doctor to prescribe some steroid cream to help clear it and to check you are healthy as lichen planus can sometimes appear in relation to other diseases.
