I noticed a very small lump on my penis shaft & after prone masturbation it swelled up a bit & hurted and slightly itched. it stayed the same size a for a day or two then i noticed a whitehead/pimple coming through and when i took a hot wet washcloth and pressed it against it and some of the skin broke and a lil pus came out & i squeezed it and more came out followed by a lil bit of blood. i cleaned it with peroxcide & put neosporin on it & its gotten much smaller and doesnt hurt at all just slightly itches. is it something i should be worried about or wait a week & see what its looking like?
