I noticed swelling and it is there for 2 months, what is it?

I had BV but got it treated. Then I started noticing whitish layer in my vaginal opening and then these swollen glands type thing. Please somebody tell me what is it?

Swelling where? Please take multiple clear photos so we can see whats going on and provide a clear description. Are you worried about hymenal polyps? Inflammation due to a suspected STD? Cancer? We need more information.
