I noticed these bumps on the opening of my vagina and it hurts when i pee

I have an appointment next week but just wondering if anyone knows what this could be.

hi, can you feel if they are hard or soft ? also when you pee it hurts while going or wiping ? has your discharge changed recently ?

They feel kind of hard and it hurts when I’m going and my discharge has not changed

you may have a UTI, did you have sex and these symptoms occurred ? Do you think you can open you vagina entrance and see if these bumps/lumps are growing from there ? to see if its actually lumps or just part of your vagina opening which could be hymen remnants .

I did have sex and they are coming from the inside.

if they are in deed coming from the inside it could vary well be HPV. i would suggest to make a appointment to be tested. if its skin tissue from the opening and its not lumps i would lean more to hymen remnants or normal skin tissue
