This may not be anything to do with your partner but it looks odd, and especially as you say it is increasing in size you should get a professional diagnosis from your doctor. Dont worry, but do see your doctor.
Could be a fibroma or genital wart. The size and location cannot be seen in the picture. So it should be checked out by a dermatologist.
