hi I used this medicine for 15 months. I had very bad acnes from this medicine. I thought if I quit this medicine my skin problems will be better but I quited this medicine 35 days ago but I still have acnes on my face.
I have very good skin before this medicine now I have painfull spots on my face and acnes.
when will it pass ? anybody knows ?
by the way I dont eat fatty foods or sugary things.

Hi, I’ve just checked on Google how long acne takes to clear and it suggests up to 2 - 3 months so you may need to give it more time. I know it’s probably frustrating for you but you know what caused it so you know it will clear at some point.
I have not heard a medication that causes acne. I think you should try antibiotics or acne creams.
It is actually a known side effect. I wasn’t aware either. It’s related to increased production of sebum and is a problem with a range of antidepressants.
