Two days ago i started having a burning sensation while urinating. i started itching because it would hurt so bad. my first thoughts was a UTI or yeast infection so I went and got over-the-counter medication. Well I noticed that more areas started itching and I’m not sure if because I was itching it so much or maybe I had shaved recently that I had cut myself but now I can’t explain it it hurts so bad please help I don’t have insurance!!!!
That is definitely a big shaving cut , very painful , you should treat it like a bed sore or baby diaper rush.
Apply some zinc ointment often , or diaper rash ointment , and some antibacterial neosporin cream , rinse it often
You also have other sores in the labia , check for herpes or some stds ,
