I really need your help! Pls. Is this bv or warts?

i have discharge for a year now. Sometimes it's smell like yogurt or sour smell, normally there's no smell. And last two weeks i saw this white bump in the opening of my vagina. I'm very worried and i'm having an anxiety now :(
