I received bumps on my vagina .. and I’m scared it might be herpes

I’m 17 and don’t really know what these are .. but these bumps just recently appeared on my inner vagina lip ..I feel no pain or sores but it is kinda itchy, i also have not trouble with urinating !if anyone knows please let me know
