I see darkening at the tip of my penis

Hello, I recently went to the doctor and they beleive I may have hpv. Due to the location, on my circumcison site, she was unsure and froze the area anyway. I also had her look look at the tip of my penis to see if it could be a wart forming also, but she says its normal. Its at the tip in the crease, bit it darker and doesn't match the other side. I also believe that it makes my penis way more sensitive. I have had all my HPV shots, but just want to know whats going on. Can someone plase provide some insight. THANKS!

it looks like a wart the hpv vaccine dosnt protect against all types of hpv

Thanks. Everywhere I look it says that there ate only 2 strains that causes 90% of warts. Are you are of the others?

Any reccomendations on how to proceed?
