so I went to my gynecologist and she said I had BV. Started on antibiotics but now I'm feeling a weird sensation on my anus like if I had something stuck in there. i thought it could be vulvodynia or pudennal neuralgia. but then I noticed these (circled spots) what can it be? HELP!

No. I don’t feel pain or itch. just discomfort like if I had something stuck there.
its hard to say might be hpv or herpes kinda having the same problem my self an the doctos say im fine but its not the regular me
Went to the doc today, pap came back abnormal. Doc checked my genitals, told me I have no lesions or ulcers. I’m still getting tested for HSV 2 to be safe and treated
