having a flare up all the usual symptoms but this time have very bad pains in bottom of my back wondering if antbody else gets this symptom x
Yep I get this totally!!! Sometimes in my hip and pelvis as well. I'm also having a flare up have been doing FODMAP but have starting to introduce food that I used to love to see if I can handle it - cashews are a definite no no!!!!!! x

I get a pain left hand lower back when my ibs plays up ,I just find out via a food dairy what the problem stop eating it and everything return it normal . Good luck.
