okay,so im a 16yo female, and ive always had some problems socialising, but never like this. ive had mononucleosis for two months, but an atypical form.i have been sick and feeling stomach pains for two months constantly.the mononucleosis is passing but the sickness is always there. im fine when im alone in my house, but im supposed to start school in two days. the stomach pains get worse when i leave the house, and i always think im gonna throw upwhen in public. can anybody help me??
It sounds like you are worrying about the worst that could happen in your mind. Have you been kept in isolation due to being sick? Did you keep in contact with any friends during this time? If the worst that could happen is that you throw up in front of someone, they will just think you are sick. We have all done it. It is okay!!! Have you asked your doctor if the nausea could be from medicine you have been on? I bet once you start back to school, and get back into the routine, you will feel much better. I was always shy also, so that does make you feel a little alone at times. The people on here will talk to you when you need it. You can pm me anytime if you do not want to post. I would be interested to know how it goes when you go back to school. I hope all goes well for you, and glad you are feeling better from the mono.
How horrible for you I guess your illness may have caused the anxiety to become worse, I had social anxiety for a few years and was unable to look people in the eye or talk to them and I worried about how I looked how I ate in public and I had quit study because I panicked so often. I believe seeing a doctor about it and asking for medication even just for short term to see if you improve. I would say that you feel extra vunerable because you have been ill and your body is run down
Donot take deeply anything. Feel happy and try to overcome on your problem without taking stress. Take exercise daily. If you have major issue then consult with your doctor. It will be good for you. Zolpidem tablet come to treat anxiety and stress problem. I take it after consulting with my doctor.
