hey man no this is the result of me keeping it clean, but if i get erect i see red dots on my glans… its mostly the smell and the irritation when wet or not cleaned up properly thats making me think so.
is there a cream i can use to clear this up?
clotrimazole would help if it is fungal. if it is just redness irritation hydrocortisone 1%, but try not to use hydrocortisone generously as it thins the skin, just a little at the problem area. also washing with just water and pat dry after urination, masturbation, and sex helps.

no problem, yes the clotrimazole should help clear them out. try it out for a couple days. if you apply in the day, try and clean it at night before bed and reapply.
