I recently had sex with someone who is sexually active. A few weeks later, I noticed my penis having tiny raised bumps on the tip/gland of the penis. Idk what it is because I don’t just look at my penis normally and don’t know if they were there before. Please help

No I have not. No itching, burning, pain or anything from it being there or using the restroom. It sort of is just there. Yes I was using protection at the time and the condom tore while the act was going on then these popped up after a few weeks. I thought it was hygiene issues which lead to me cleaning more carefully down there but they have not left at the moment.
